Life Coaching

Life Coaching enables you to overcome obstacles (be they practical or self-imposed) in order to enable you to achieve your goals and realise your dreams. I specialise in helping people to find and fulfil their life purpose and to connect on a meaningful, life changing level with the blue spaces within and around them. If appropriate, as part of this process, Reiki, Crystals and Oracle cards can be used, to enable you to tap into your intuition, release energy blocks and see your situation with clarity and objectivity.

Reiki/Crystal Healing

The word Reiki when broken down can be translated as ‘Rei’ meaning universal or spiritual and ‘Ki’ meaning energy or life force. As a Reiki practitioner I channel this energy
into your body by placing my hands and/or
crystals on, or close to your body, in order
to clear energy blockages and aid physical,
mental, emotional and spiritual healing.

Pilates and Physiotherapy

I can offer one to one Pilates sessions and Physiotherapy. I specialise in the treatment of the pelvis and spine, however other joints, muscles and limbs are regularly treated with my holisitic approach to therapy. The manual techniques I use were taught to me by established physiotherapist Peter Hartley (HCPC, MCSP).

Bespoke Packages

If you feel you would benefit from any of these techniques or are unsure what would be best for you, I can create a bespoke package tailored to your individual needs. At the heart of this process will be the sharing of the knowledge and skills you need to heal yourself and fulfil your potential on every level. I complete an in-depth assessment on initially meeting all my clients and during this time together we can work out which package would most suit your needs.

Groupwork

I can deliver workshops based on Blue Health, Life Purpose, the 5 Reiki Principles (Evolve Programme) or a combination of all of these topics.

Price List

Bespoke Packages/Evolve Programme/Life Coaching: £60 per hour

Reiki/Crystal Therapy: £40 per hour

One to One Pilates Instruction: £60 per hour
